How does the booking work?＋
Choose your pickup and return locations, dates and driver age. Compare available cars and rate options, add any extras you need, then enter your details and review the total before confirming.
Can I go back and change my choices?＋
Yes. You can return to earlier steps before confirmation. Changes to dates, vehicle or extras can change availability and the total; review the updated summary before continuing.
Is a particular vehicle model guaranteed?＋
Vehicles are offered by model or a similar vehicle in the selected group. Check the passenger capacity, transmission, luggage details and conditions shown with your selected option.
Can I use different billing details?＋
Yes. Use the main customer details or enter separate billing details. When signed in, you can select an eligible saved profile for billing.
Can I manage my booking online?＋
Open My bookings and sign in with the customer account used for your reservation. Your available bookings and documents appear there.
Are these real rentals or payments?＋
No. This is a demonstration environment. Do not travel to a listed location, enter real card details or rely on a demo confirmation as a rental contract. Only synthetic details and explicitly configured test payments may be used.
Where can I find the final price and conditions?＋
The booking summary shows the current total and the services selected. Check the conditions attached to the rate and each extra before confirming. Availability and prices come from the connected Renthub demo installation.
